Cat Eye Picture Frame – Atomic Walnut

Description

The Cat Eye Picture Frame design has one corner lifted while the other corners are flat. The result is a truly unique, and eye catching picture frame.
Made from solid black walnut, a combination of mortise and loose tenon joinery, plus overlapping rabbit. Top it off with a beautiful hand rubbed oil finish. I use a non toxic oil that’s resists water & stains, but allows you to feel the wood grain.

ATTENTION: FRAMES LARGER THAN 16X20 WILL NOT INCLUDE GLASS OR BACKING. Please email me for special requests.

The dramatic angled boards are a full 1″ thick, the flat boards are 3/4″ thick. It is a beefy frame that uses a lot of walnut.

Sizes listed are the size of photo it will hold.

Designed and made by me in the U.S.A. with materials that are also made in the U.S.A.

Frames listed come with glass, backing, turn buttons and a saw tooth style hanger. Frames larger than 16×20 will not include glass or backing. (Picture and mat not included.) Hanger is screwed on rather than the tiny nails some frames use.
